The Case for Outsourcing the Management of African Countries to White Europeans and North Americans

There are forty-nine countries in sub-Saharan Africa. In terms of GDP per capita, Seychelles and Mauritius rank the highest. However, these countries are not predominantly black, and they account for less than the daily footfall at Onitsha Market in Nigeria. In total, there are six island nations in sub-Saharan Africa: Madagascar, Comoros, Mauritius, Seychelles, Cape Verde, and São Tomé and Príncipe. On the mainland of sub-Saharan Africa, there are forty-three countries.

Gabon boasts the highest GDP per capita on the African mainland at $9,000, followed by Equatorial Guinea at $8,000 and Botswana at $6,900, making these the richest countries in sub-Saharan Africa. In contrast, the poorest countries in Europe—Ukraine, Kosovo, and Moldova—have similar GDP per capita figures of around $9,000. However, these European countries are industrialised and can produce a range of goods, including technology and machinery. In comparison, no country in sub-Saharan Africa possesses the same level of industrial capability.

Black Africans no longer want to live in the jungle or the periphery; they are embracing modern living reminiscent of what we see in the West and East Asia. However, they are failing miserably at it. When people observe black Africa, they are not impressed by its development; rather, they are captivated by its wildlife and natural resources. The leaders of these countries have performed poorly by any standard, even those set by young children. This brings us to the crux of the video: Should Africans hire white Europeans, white North Americans, Japanese, Chinese, or Koreans to run their countries? Mark my words, I said white Europeans and white North Americans—not people who have European and North American passports but look like me, Saddiq Khan of London, or a Mohammed from the Middle East. I’m talking about indigenous Europeans and European North Americans.

Now, listen to this: Nearly every major road, machine, high-rise structure, city plan, train, airport, and seaport in Africa was constructed by Europeans, Chinese, or other non-Africans. Conclusion: Africans know they can’t build, innovate, or invent, so they outsource major infrastructural projects to those with the necessary expertise. They have done this for over half of this work, yet nothing has changed. They are still terribly underdeveloped and are making a complete mockery of their citizens, who face disrespect at every border around the world.

White Europeans coach most African national football teams. Why? Because they know that the white Europeans know better. Therefore, why not outsource the management of your country to the same people you outsource infrastructure to, so they can be at the foundation of restructuring and rebuilding your economy, leveraging centuries of experience and proven achievements of the North Americans and Europeans?

If it isn’t considered controversial for foreign entities to build infrastructure in various countries and manage national football teams, then it shouldn’t be controversial for them to run these countries like corporations. Some Africans express concerns that this would lead to manipulation and resource theft. However, it’s important to remember that a CEO is typically accountable to a chairperson and a board of directors, who oversee the company’s strategy and performance. In this scenario, Africans would still serve as the chairpersons and board members. Any African leader who embraces this approach could set a standard, inspiring other African nations in a domino effect.

The challenges faced by African countries often stem from a lack of the intellect needed for development, foresight, manufacturing, and effectively running countries for the betterment of all. This may not be inherently embedded in the cultural and societal frameworks of the Africans. Even if you give Switzerland to Africans to run, in ten years, they will start migrating into neighbouring Germany and Austria as they run down Switzerland.

If white Europeans and North Americans were to govern nations such as Gabon, Cameroon, Namibia, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Angola, Senegal, Togo, Mozambique, or Kenya, they would likely transform them into highly educated, disciplined, and productive societies. The white man is known for his adventurous spirit, risk-taking, and remarkable foresight—qualities the African has yet to fully embrace.

This approach wouldn’t be recolonisation but rather vocationalisation, allowing Africans to learn from those who have advanced through the Stone, Bronze, and Iron Ages—essentially shortcutting a journey of technological progress by roughly a million years to just fifty. The goal would be to offload burdens from Africans, enabling them to benefit without losing or risking anything, but instead gaining everything.

Every European settlement has been developed and industrialised. Countries like Brazil, Paraguay, Uruguay, Chile, and South Africa are not typically considered predominantly white. However, if you visit the predominantly white areas of these countries, you will find similarities to Europe and white North America. Wherever white people settle, they tend to build industrialised societies from scratch. The knowledge they’ve acquired remains in their minds and can be replicated again and again. The Europeans have benefited from gradual knowledge transfer over generations, which has now become an integral part of their culture. The world has benefited from it, except black people, who ruined what was left to them.

Countries like Japan, Korea, Taiwan, and China, which are often praised today, did not necessarily originate many new ideas; instead, they learnt from and adapted what they borrowed from the West. Since Africans find themselves unable to do the same, perhaps it is time to explore what I call the “vocationalisation route”, which wouldn’t be another colonisation, which I know black Africans wholeheartedly reject

There is nothing inherently wrong with not being able to reverse-engineer, invent, produce, or innovate if it is not rooted in your culture and worldview. However, it is problematic when one cannot humble oneself to learn from those who know better.

In 2026, the governor of Nigeria’s second-largest state was publicly urinating while his convoy waited for him. The president of Cameroon spends most of his time in Switzerland and only visits Cameroon occasionally, as if he were on holiday. The president of Côte d’Ivoire keeps altering the constitution to extend his rule indefinitely, while the president of Kenya continues to borrow heavily. Meanwhile, less than 1% of the Asian population controls the economy.

The reality across the continent is stark. Over 100 million people in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) lack the ability to create even a simple machine to dig a 50-metre hole and extract the abundant mineral resources available to them. In contrast, countries outside Africa that Europeans colonised have greatly benefited from this history. Unlike black Africans, those nations do not waste their time complaining. They’ve moved on!

For instance, the Dutch colonised Indonesia for over 300 years; the Spanish ruled the Philippines for more than 300 years; the Portuguese, Dutch, and British colonised Malaysia for over 400 years; and the British controlled Singapore for over 140 years. Every one of these countries has a larger economy than Africa’s largest economy.

While black Africans whine, they are in their factories and research centres trying to grow. It’s worth noting that the average duration of colonisation in Africa was just 80 years—much shorter than in those countries. But you don’t hear them complaining and whining like babies.

If Africa is left solely in the hands of its indigenous people, it risks remaining trapped in a cycle of poverty and underdeveloped infrastructure. This situation might lead the rest of the world to wrongly conclude that black people are somehow less equal than others. While there are always exceptions in any situation, it seems that black Africans have no exception. Everyone is poor, underdeveloped, and backwards.

Don’t be misled by the Botswana PR. I have been to Botswana, and there is nothing there. All they do is drink, party, wait for the government handout, spend it, and continue partying. If White-Namibians leave that country, in a few years, Nigeria will be better than Namibia. Their farms contribute significantly to Namibia’s economic output.

In Africa, black people take whites more seriously than they do their fellow tribe members. They don’t respect each other, but they do respect the white man. Every company in Africa that a white man runs outperforms those run by black Africans. Every structure in Africa built by the white man outperforms those built by Africans. Every farm run by the white man in Africa outperforms those run by Africans. Every national football team managed by a white man in Africa outperforms those run by Africans. Every engineer, IT professional, doctor, or student trained by the white man in Africa outperforms those trained by Africans. With such glaring evidence, why not employ them to run your countries while you retain control, much like a company’s board of directors?
