Nigeria and Cameroon renew their rivalry as Joshua takes on Ngannou in Saudi Arabia.
Francis Ngannou and Anthony Joshua will face each other in a heavyweight boxing match in Riyad, Saudi Arabia. It’s the first time both boxers will be going head-to-head in the Middle East as Saudi Arabia continues its quest to open up the country to tourists and investors.
Saudi Arabia already has some of the biggest names in the sporting world playing their trade in the country; this includes Portuguese legend Christiano Ronaldo, who is billed to be present at the fight.
It’s a must-win fight for Ngannou, who intends to get one over his Nigerian rival Joshua, who is on a good run of three straight wins, the last coming against Otto Wallin.
Joshua will earn a whopping $50 million, while Francis will go home with $20 million, and this does not include PPV sales and additional bonuses.
