Actors Guild of Nigeria gives update on Zack Orji’s health
Emeka Rollas, the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), has revealed that Zack Orji, a seasoned actor, has undergone two successful brain surgeries and is currently in a satisfactory state of health.
Rollas stated that he needed to transport Zack overseas for a post-operative assessment. He expressed his dissatisfaction with individuals who disseminated inaccurate information on Zack’s demise.
The internet era has led individuals to primarily focus on expanding their online presence, which often results in the dissemination of nonsensical content.
That is the reason someone woke up yesterday morning and said that Zack had died, and I promptly responded.
Zack is currently not in a situation where he urgently requires attention. If it weren’t for privacy concerns, I would have simply connected him to the phone conversation so that you could see him.
He needs a post-operative assessment overseas, and we are steadily accumulating funds to facilitate his travel for that purpose.He has had two neurosurgeries, he is in a satisfactory state of health, and he can communicate verbally. To wake up and hear that Zack has died is inhumane, he stated.
On Thursday, speculations were circulating that the actor had passed away, but Emeka Rollas promptly refuted the allegations.
On December 31, 2023, Zack Orji’s health suddenly declined, prompting his prompt transfer to the critical care unit of the National Hospital in Abuja from where he was moved to a private hospital for surgical intervention.
